Protection plan
In line with the health and safety regulations issued by the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), you will find below a detailed plan to ensure the safety of the public and the public at large.
Safety Gauge
The MICR limits the entrance to 150 people at the same time in the Museum spaces. The shop and the Henry Dunant space are closed.
HAND HYGIENE
The MICR provides hydro-alcoholic gel and disinfectant soap.
Distances
The MICR guarantees a distance of 2 metres between people thanks to ground markings that delimit the zones of visit and waiting areas. Ground markings facilitate circulation in the Museum. Plexiglas panels are placed on the reception desk to ensure the safety of the reception staff as well as that of the visitors.
Contactless payment is preferred.
The cloakroom is closed ans there are no flyers for consultation.
CLEANING
The audioguides are disinfected with each use. An audioguide is used only once a day.
Toilets, door handles, elevator knobs and stair railings are cleaned regularly. Toilets are used by one person at a time.
VISITS
Autonomous group visits with an audioguide are possible in strict compliance with health standards. Guided tours are suspended until further notice.
