10 original short films examine the impact of humanitarian principles from a fresh, local and contemporary perspective.
From December 4, 2019 until March 22, 2020
The Musée de l’Elysée gave a carte blanche to 10 French-speaking Swiss artists to reflect on where they see the humanitarian principles at play in their lives. The result is 10 original short films that examine the impact of humanitarian principles from a fresh, local and contemporary perspective.
This contemporary art installation, produced by the Musée de l’Elysée and the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs in conversation with the International Committee of the Red Cross, seeks to offer visitors insight into the significance that the four humanitarian principles – humanity, impartality, neitrality, independence – have for everyday life.
In the context of the 33rd International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, our Museum is proud to present this installation.
Free entrance to the installation
This project is the result of a partnership between the Musée de l’Elysés and the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in conversation with the ICRC.
